The Alumni Association of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro, held the inauguration of the IKA FISIP Undip management for the 2021-2024 period. This activity was held on Friday night (17/20) at the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Building.

The inauguration was attended by all administrators and guests, both offline at the venue or through Zoom Meetings. The administrators and the invited guests who were present at the venue were Akhmad Muqowam (Chairman of the Undip IKA DPP), Ismed Irianto (Vice Secretary-General of the Undip IKA DPP), Mangara Pardede Chairperson, Rahman Fajriyansah, and the Secretary-General, Desmon Hastiono.

The event was also attended by the Dean of the Undip FISIP as well as the Chairman of the Honorary Council and his staff, the Chairman and representatives of the Faculty Association, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Wisnu Suhardono, the IKA FISIP management for the 2016-2021 period, the IKA FISIP management for the 2021-2024 period, invited guests of the representatives of the Honorary Board, Advisory Board, and Board of Trustees.

Before the inauguration, Ismen Irianto as the Vice Secretary-General of IKA Undip read the results of the National Conference meeting which contained the Inauguration Decree of the IKA FISIP Undip Management for the 2021-2024 period and the composition of the management.

Based on the decree, it was determined that Drs. Masrokhan Sulaiman, MPA, CGCAE as the General Chairman of IKA FISIP Undip for the 2021-2024 period. In front of all the invited guests, both offline and online, the Chairman of the Universitas Diponegoro Alumni Association, Akhmad Muqowam, who was often called AMQ, inaugurated the IKA FISIP Undip Management for the 2021-2024 period.

Akhmad Muqowam congratulated the inauguration of the new administrators. Not only that, but he also hoped that the new administrators could produce useful outputs for the alumni, community, and the alma mater.

In his remarks, Masrokhan Sulaiman expressed his gratitude and saw this inauguration as momentum for IKA FISIP Undip to move quickly. “This inauguration becomes a momentum so that work programs that are made in the near future can be carried out for the progress of Undip and to welcome a bright future,” said Masrokhan.

He also hoped that every FISIP Undip alumni could participate in alumni activities to advance the Undip alumni and their beloved alma mater.

Dr. Moh. Marwan as a representative of the Honorary Council hoped that the FISIP Undip management could reach all FISIP alumni. That way, the Alumni Association could also become a big organization that had an impact on the alumni and the nation.

At the end of the event, both alumni who were present at the venue and those who took part in the online event were given the opportunity to express their aspirations for the progress of the IKA FISIP Undip.
