It is hereby announced that Universitas Diponegoro will award citations to documents indexed by a reputable international database (Scopus). The awarding is in accordance with the General Fee Standard of Universitas Diponegoro, with the following conditions:

1. Proposer is a lecturer of Universitas Diponegoro;
2. The article citation has been published on Scopus in 2021;
3. The citation should not be self-citation;
