2021 FISIP Mengabdi Committee

Semarang, October 30, 2021 – FISIP Mengabdi was the top program of the FISIP for the Nation (FUN) program. It was held annually by the Community Service Department of the FISIP UNDIP Student Executive Board. This work program was a place for FISIP UNDIP students to get the experience and opportunity to serve the local community. This year, FISIP Mengabdi was carried out with the theme “Small Step Towards Big Changes,” involving several speakers who were competent in their fields.

The 2020 FISIP Mengabdi had been cancelled due to the pandemic COVID-19. In the pandemic situation, FISIP Mengabdi encountered various obstacles where the Live In concept could not be implemented in order to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Therefore, the 2021 FISIP Mengabdi Committee racked their brains to find a way where FISIP students could still feel the atmosphere of the community service activity and give the benefit to the local community. However, the 2021 FISIP Mengabdi led by Danis Widyadana succeeded to hold the event hybrid through the Microsoft Teams platform with several modifications on the events.
