Tuition Assistance Of Odd Semester Of 2021 (Extended)

Regarding a letter from the Education Financing Service Center (Puslapdik) Number : 1098/J5/KM.01.00/2021 dated August 6, 2021, concerning the distribution of Tuition Assistance for the Odd Semester of 2021/2022 Academic Year. It is hereby conveyed that there is still a quota for the Tuition Assistance of odd semester of 2021/2022 Academic year for students with the following conditions :

  1. Students of Bachelor/4-year Diploma programs (in 3,5,7 semester) and students of 3-year Diploma program (in 3,5 semesters)
  2. Maximum tuition assistance is Rp. 2.400.000,-
  3. Not receiving any scholarship neither from the APBN/APBD funding or private institution that make a full/half payment of the tuition
  4. Students concerned are required to make a statement letter that parents/guardians/person responsible to make the payment of the tuition are having financial constraints due to the impact of the covid-19 pandemic
  5. Preferably for students from families participating in the Keluarga Harapan Program (PKH), a family which holds Keluarga Sejahtera Card (KKS) or students from families with parents/guardian’s combined gross income with a maximum of Rp. 4.000.000 or if divided by family members a maximum of Rp. 750.000 per person.
  6. Copy of the valid Family Card (KK)
  7. Certificate of parents/guardian’s income issued by related institution/Neighborhood/Hamlet/Urban village officer
  8. Submit an active account (name of the account, account number, bank name) on behalf of the students concerned.

According to that matter, students who are in need and meet the requirements may apply and upload the required documents as the verification material. The registration process can be done through the SSO account (Scholarship Application) of the respective student no later than October 21, 2021, and will be further selected and submitted to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
