It is notified to all students of Universitas Diponegoro that the Thematic Community Service Program (KKN) will be held with the theme “Acceleration of the Routine and Covid19 Vaccination in Central Java Program”. This Vaccination Thematic Community Service program is a cooperation program between Universitas Diponegoro and UNICEF and will be carried out in 18 Districts/Cities namely:

• ???? Briefing : October 16-17, 2021
• ???? Departure : October 18, 2021
• ???? Implementation : October 18, – November 28, 2021

Undip’s students who are interested on joining the Thematic Community Service program may apply with the following requirements:

1. Undip’s students of all faculties
2. Students who are domiciled at the drop-off location are preferred (according to the ID Card/ Certificate of domicile) and or students who are domiciled outside the location with the statement letter of willingness to be placed in one of those locations.
3. Submitting the complete CV with formal photograph in 3×4
4. KRS (Study Plan Card) and KHS (Study Result Card) of the last semester or academic transcript (minimum credit of ≥ 100 ongoing);
5. Statement letter of willingness to stay at the Community Service program location and approved by parents (without seal)
6. Video of self-potential with a maximum duration of 3 minutes and a maximum capacity of 10Mb;
7. The registration form should be uploaded through the link: https://bit.ly/KKNTematikVaksinasi (file naming format is NIM_type of the document, for instance: 1000118130XXX_CV; 1000118130XXX_ID CARD etc)
