We hereby notify the researchers/community service implementers that based on the Letter of Implementation of Research and/or Community Service Activities Assignment in 2021 article 5 paragraph (1) it is stated: THE FIRST PARTY has the right to carry out the Monitoring and Evaluation of the implementation of research/service carried out by THE SECOND PARTY”. As an embodiment of this article, LPPM Undip will carry out online Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) which will be held on September 21-23, 2021. In this regard, the chairman of the research/community service implementers are required to submit the reports as follows:

• Uploading the Progress Report on the SIP3MU application;
• Uploading the Research and/Community Service Daily Report on SIP3MU application;
• Submitting the Batch I Research Fund Usage Report as much as 70%, at least in the draft form to the Undip LPPM.

The uploading deadline on SIP3MU is no later than September 20, 2021, at 10.00 GMT+7 to be further processed.

We also inform that the Pemonev requires more complete information and data on research and/or community service achievement. Thus, the chairpersons of the research/community service implementers are required to explain to the Pemonev using the method that will be further explained.
