We inform you that the Implementation of the New Student Admission Ceremony for the Study Program Outside the Main Campus (PSDKU), and the Vocational School as well as the Farewell and Welcome Events of the Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) Participants Universitas Diponegoro of 2021/2022 Academic Year will be held online on September 1, 2021. at 09.00 GMT+7.

The procedures for conducting the online New Student Admission Ceremony are as follows:

The New Student Admission Ceremony and the Farewell and Welcome Events of the Independent Student Exchange Program Participants will use ZOOM Meeting media/application.

- Passcode : UNDIPJAYA
Students are required to enter/login through the Zoom application 40 minutes before the event starts and set the identity as follow:
- New Student : Name_Study Program
- Inbound Student : Name_University
- Outbound Student : NIM_Name
The ceremony participants are required to fill in the presence form through https://tinyurl.com/PresensiPMB.
The dress code for the PSDKU and Vocational Students is as follow:
- Male students are required to wear white tops and black trouser.
- Female students are required to wear white tops, black bottoms, custom hijabs
The dress code for the PMM Program participants is as follow:
- Male students are required to wear the university suit, white tops, black trouser.
- Female students are required to wear the university suit, white tops, black bottoms, custom hijabs.
