The following is the procedure for the online graduation ceremony.
- The online graduation is carried out using the Zoom application using the Meeting ID and Passcode for each stage of the ceremony have been mentioned in the table.
- Prospective graduates log in 45 minutes before the graduation ceremony begins.
- While logging in / entering the Zoom application, prospective graduates must use the NIM_Full Name as a Profile to make it easier for the committee to verify the attendance.
- Prospective graduates follow the graduation procession from their respective residences.
- Dress Code :
- Prospective male graduates wear white tops and black bottoms.
- Prospective female graduates wear white tops, black bottoms, and hijab adjust.
- parents/companions wear neat and polite batik clothes.
