Regarding the letter from the Education Financing Service Center (Puslapdik) Number: 1098/J5/KM.01.00/2021 dated August 6, 2021, on the Distribution of Tuition Assistance for Odd Semester of 2021/2022 FY, it is hereby conveyed that the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology will provide Tuition Assistance for the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year for students with the following conditions:

1. 4-year Diploma / Undergraduate Students (3,5,7 semester) and 3-year Diploma students (3,5 semester)
2. The Maximum Tuition Assistance is Rp. 2.400.000,-
3. Students are not currently receiving any scholarship from the Indonesian Budget/Regional Government Budget or private sector that fully/partly funds the Tuition
4. Students are required to make a statement letter that the parents/guardian/insurer of the tuition fee is having a financial problem due to the Covid-19 pandemic
5. Preferably those from families participating in the Keluarga Harapan Program (PKH), families with Keluarga Sejahtera Card (KKS) or students from families with a combined gross income of parents/guardians with a maximum of IDR 4,000,000.00 or if divided by family members with a maximum of IDR 750. 0000.00 per person.
6. Copy of the valid Family card (KK)
7. Certificate of income for parents/guardians issued by the relevant agency/Neighbourhood/Hamlet/urban village officer.
8. Submit data on active accounts (account name, account number and bank name) on behalf of the student. Considering that the funds are in a BNI account, it is recommended that students use a BNI account.

In this regard, students who need and meet the requirements can register and upload the required files as verification material. The registration process can be done through the SSO (Scholarship) account of each student no later than August 29, 2021, which will be selected and submitted to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
