It is hereby conveyed that students who are included as the prospective recipients of the 2021 KIP-Kuliah scholarships of the SBMPTN pathways are required to submit the data and file required as verification materials that determine their qualification as scholarship recipients. The data and required documents submitted must be accountable for the truth.

Thus, students are required to submit the data according to the actual situation through the following page no later than July 10, 2021. Files are uploaded into one pdf file with the format: Nama_KIPK_SBMPTN_2021 with maximum size of 1 MB.

The required files to be uploaded are as follows:

1. KIP card,
2. PKH,
3. SKTM signed by the urban village officer,
4. Paycheck from the place of work/income statement from the urban village,
5. KK (family card),
6. Photo of the front of the house, living room, kitchen,
7. Photo with family member (father/mother),
8. The latest photo of the electricity bills.
