Hereby announced that LPPM Undip in Fiscal Year 2021 opens up a financing program for reputable international publications for lecturers / researchers within Undip, as for the type of program and its conditions are as follows:

A. Proof Reading Financing Program for International Publications:

1. The program is not limited to the duration of its implementation, articles that are registered will be processed if they meet the requirements;
2. The article selection is carried out by taking into account the quality of the articles and the selection of the intended journal (SJR and / or IF)
3. Submit the articles in a format that fits the provisions of the intended journal and complete it with a registration form (attached).
4. The requirements can be sent to LPPM Undip during the working hours or via email: lppm@live.undip.ac.id,

B. The Funding for the International Seminar Proceedings Indexing in 2021:

1. The financing only includes the indexing costs, excluding the costs of conducting the seminars;
2. The seminars held should meet the criteria for the international seminars according to the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (see the guidelines for assessing the lecturer’s credit scores);
3. Submitting the proposal along with the copy of the MoU / cooperation agreement with the publisher;
4. Articles with Universitas Diponegoro affiliation are at least 30% of the total articles in the proceedings;
5. The requirements can be sent to LPPM Undip during the working hours or via email: lppm@live.undip.ac.id, no later than August 31st, 2021. The Announcements for those who are approved will be delivered via the Lppm Undip page.
