Thursday, (14/1) The President Director of  National Diponegoro Hospital, Dr.dr. Sutopo Patria Jati, M.M., M.Kes. was injected with the covid-19 virus prevention vaccine today at the General Polyclinic of the RSND Undip Semarang. Apart from the President Director, the medical staff and community included in the priority were also on the list of vaccination recipients at the RSND.

In his remarks, Sutopo accompanied by the RSND’s board of directors and officers revealed that the efforts to prevent COVID-19 were believed to have been carried out better, starting from the government policies and socialization through mass media related to health protocols during the corona virus pandemic.

” However, it requires more effort to discipline and change the society’s behavior. So today, the vaccination we had waited have come true,” said Sutopo.

Sutopo also appealed to the society, especially those who stayed in Semarang and its surroundings, to immediately get vaccinated. He added that after the vaccination process, we still had to maintain the health protocol recommended by the government. He told everyone not to be careless, since the virus can threaten anybody.

As for the group of people aged 50 years and over, and those who were at high risk of having comorbidities, getting vaccinated would likely protect anybody from the COVID-19.
