The Undip Care Movement (GUP) has been launched in order to help students of Universitas Diponegoro who are affected by the COVID-19. The GUP has selected 1712 students who either have enrolled themselves or are eligible for the assistance. The process of transferring the GUP funds to the students’ accounts has been carried out as follows:

  1. Fund disbursement batch I will be done according to the Note of the Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs No. 343 / UN7.P1 / KU / 2020  July, 2nd 2020 concerning the Applications for Fund Disbursement as one of the Undip Care Movement Program (there will be 1,712 students on June)
  2. Fund disbursemen batch II is carried out in accordance with the Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs Note 5373 / UN7.P1 / KU / 2020 September, 28th 2020 concerning the Applications for Fund Disbursement as one of the Undip Care Movement II & III Program (there will be 1,712 students on July – August).

However, there were problems where some students had registered either their wrong account data or blocked account. So that, the fund disbursement could not be transferred to their account.

In this regard, please kindly share this information to those whose names are listed as the GUP recipients (attached) but have not received the GUP funds to make a report on the following page no later than November 6th, 2020. The data will be submitted to the State Savings Bank for further processing.
