We hereby convey the mechanism of the medical check-up for Universitas Diponegoro’s new students of 2020/2021 Academic Year :
- Medical check-up is not possible to be carried out directly at the Diponegoro National Hospital (RSND) Undip due to the global pandemic condition, thus the new students’ medical check-up is carried out at the respective student’s region/domicile
- Prospective students are encouraged to get a medical check-up at one of the following health care facilities:
– Central Public Hospital (RSUP); or
– Regional Public Hospital (RSUD); or
– Public Health Centre (Puskesmas) - Medical Check-Up includes:
– Physical test (all students)
– Colour blind test (for study programs that require it)
– Psychometry test (for study programs that require it)
– Drug test (all students)
The medical requirements of each study program are available on the Attachment - Students are required to download the letter of commitment and medical check-up form on https://regonline.undip.ac.id/ page at Cetak Formulir & KTM menu
- The forms as stated on point 4 are only for the colour blind and drug tests. The form for the psychometry test (for study programs that require it) depends on each RSUP/RSUD/Puskesmas.
- In carrying out the medical check-up, students give the medical check-up form (as stated in point 4) to the medical staff of the related Hospital, and the result of the students’ medical check-up should be put on the form
- Students who have uploaded their physical test results (health certificate) during the registration may use the result by validating the previous data to the new medical check-up form and is verified by the medical staff as well as the health care facility where the previous medical check-up was done. (please attach the previous medical check-up result)
- Students are required to upload all the medical check-up results on https://regonline.undip.ac.id/ page at the Upload Berkas menu Tes Kesehatan column (in 1 file) no later than November 15, 2020
- Students who do not upload their medical check-up results within the specified time limit will not be able to fill out their Study Plan Form (IRS) for the second semester
- The results of the medical check-up will be verified by the administrator and will be announced on December 4, 2020, through https://regonline.undip.ac.id/ portal on Tes Kesehatan menu
- Students who are declared PASSED are allowed to continue their studies at the current study programs
- Students who are declared NOT PASSED due to file incompleteness or are failed to upload the file may re-upload the results on December 4 to 6, 2020
- Students who are declared NOT PASSED because the results of the medical check-up do not meet the requirements on the study programs are encouraged to follow the mechanism stated on the Tes Kesehatan menu on the https://regonline.undip.ac.id/ website
- Financial-related provisions for students who change their study program:
a. The amount of tuition/SPP of the 1 (first) semester is paid according to the rate on the previous study program
b. The amount of tuition/SPP of the 2 (second) and the following semesters are paid according to the rate on the new study program with the same category on the previous study program
c. Only for the entrance pathway that requires the students to pay the Entrance Fee (SPI), the amount of SPI is paid according to the tuition fee applied in the new study program with the same category in the previous study program
d. For students who are accepted through the UM Kemitraan, the amount of the Entrance Fee (SPI) is paid according to the rate of SPI category 2 on the new study program
e. The amount of the tuition fee should be made in accordance with the Rector’s Decree Number 149/UN7.P/HK/2020 for the Undergraduate and Diploma program, Rector’s Decree Number 327/UN7.P/HK/2020 for the Postgraduate program (can be downloaded on https://um.undip.ac.id website)
f. All provisions stated in other documents related to a medical check-up of the students of 2020/2021 Academic Year refer to this Rector’s announcement
