Registration Requirements:

• Having good academic and non academic achievements.
• 3rd semester female students by the registration period.
• The scholarship program is preferably for female students from low income family.
• Female students of 4-year Diploma/Bachelor programs of partner State University
• The female students concerned are not married
• The female students concerned are not receiving any scholarship from other faculty, university, institution or third party.
• By recommendation of the Rectorate or at least the Deanery party
• Willing to join all self-development and voluntary activities held by Wardah and the scholarship partner
• This scholarship is given without any official bond for both the students of the scholarship recipients or the university

Documents Required:

• Passport photo and full body photo
• ID card (KTP)
• Student card (KTM)
• Family card (KK)
• Certificate of Parents’ income
• The last academic transcript (Grade point and Grade-point average)
• Letter of recommendation from Faculty/University
• Electricity or Water bills
