The Ministry of Education and Culture, at the beginning of 2020, had issued four policies on Higher Education that were summarized in Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka, among of them were about the opening of a new study program, accreditation system on higher education, State University with Legal Entity (PTN-BH), and the right to get 3 semesters of education outside the study program.
In order to support the Kampus Merdeka program, especially the right to study outside the study program and university, the Directorate General of Higher Education through the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs holds a Tanah Air Nusantara Credit Transfer System with Information Technology Student Exchange Program (PERMATA-SAKTI) of 2020.
This program is an effort to increase or strengthen the student competency and insight as well as strengthen tolerance, the love for the nation and culture that is gained from the student exchange program through the cooperation among universities in Indonesia.
In order to realize the PERMATA-SAKTI program, Universitas Diponegoro supported by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Education and Culture opens up an opportunity for all students of Universitas Diponegoro to join the program.
The lecture system for the Permata-Sakti courses will be carried out fully ONLINE.
The requirements for joining the PERMATA-SAKTI Program of 2020 are as follow :
- Active student and is registered on PDDikti
- Student of 5th to 7th semester
- Minimum GPA of 2,75 (please attach the Study Result Card (KHS))
- Having the ability and competency to develop reasoning, insight, as well as having integrity, creativity and innovation
- Ready to obey all provisions of Standard Operational Guidance (POB) of Permata Sakti 2020
- Has never been subject to any academic sanction
- Has been declared to have passed the selection by the Permata Sakti Team at the intended university
- Taking part in the Dissemination at the Undip level
- Filling out and signing the registration form, both the online and / hardcopy through the Faculty
- Filling out the Study Plan (IRS) that contains courses taken at the intended university
- For students who have filled out the IRS, there are ways to insert the courses of the Permata-Sakti program, namely:
- Replacing some courses taken, or
- Converting to the equal courses
- The total credits per semester are a maximum of 24 credits (home university and Permata Sakti), taking the credits according to the previous semester’s GPA
- The courses taken should be approved by the Head of the Study Program to be further converted
- The course grades are recognized and approved by the home university.
