This announcement is expected to give information on the implementation of events for new students of Universitas Diponegoro of 2020/2021 Academic Year which had been delivered previously.

The events which are supposed to be held on September 3, 2020, will be removed to September 14, 2020, and will be held ONLINE through the Microsoft Teams application.

There are pieces of information to note for the students of Universitas Diponegoro of 2020/2021 Academic Year :

• Learning activity on the odd semester of 2020/2021 Academic Year will be held ONLINE through the Microsoft Teams According to that matter, all students are obliged to make sure their Single Sign On Account (SSO) is ACTIVE.
• Student Academic Activity Guidance (can be downloaded through baa.undip.ac.id website) :
  • Academic Regulation:
    • Rector’s Regulation Number 13 of 2018 concerning Academic Regulation in the Education Sector of the Universitas Diponegoro Vocational Program
    • Rector’s Regulation Number 4 of 2020 concerning Academic Regulation in the Education Sector of Universitas Diponegoro Bachelor Program
    • Rector’s Regulation Number 5 of 2020 concerning Academic Regulation in the Education Sector of the Universitas Diponegoro Postgraduate Program
  • Academic Calendar of the 2020/2021 Academic Year
• Students who do not have the SSO account or is having trouble with it may contact the Undip IT Helpdesk through:

  • tiket ke aplikasi : helpdesk.undip.ac.id, atau

• Make sure to always check the SSO account since the link for the learning process will be sent through the SSO email.

By this announcement, the previous information dated August 11, 2020, concerning the implementation of activities for Universitas Diponegoro new students of the 2020/2021 Academic Year is automatically not valid.
