Penyesuaian UKT Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir Semester Genap 2024/2025

Berdasarkan Surat Nomor 442/UN7.A2/KU/XI/2024 tanggal 12 November 2024 tentang Penyesuaian UKT Semester Genap 2024/2025, diinformasikan bahwa mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang telah mengikuti program penyesuaian UKT dalam bentuk pembebasan dan belum melakukan pembayaran UKT, diharapkan untuk mengikuti tindak lanjut sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Jadwal tersebut mencakup proses upload Surat Keterangan Lulus (SKL), verifikasi di tingkat fakultas/sekolah, serta finalisasi di tingkat universitas.

Adapun jadwal lengkap tindak lanjut penyesuaian UKT adalah sebagai berikut:

  1. 3 Maret – 16 Maret 2025 : Upload SKL bagi mahasiswa yang lulus maksimal 10 Februari 2025 melalui tautan https://ukt.undip.ac.id .
  2. 17-20 Maret 2025 : Verifikasi pengajuan penyesuaian UKT di Fakultas/Sekolah.
  3. 21 Maret 2025 : Batas akhir penyampaian usulan penyesuaian UKT dari Fakultas/Sekolah ke Universitas.
  4. 24 Maret 2025 : Verifikasi penyesuaian UKT di Universitas.
  5. 25 Maret 2025 : Finalisasi tindak lanjut penyesuaian UKT mahasiswa tingkat akhir.
