Semarang (13/02) – The handover ceremony of the Chairperson of Dharma Wanita Persatuan of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas Diponegoro (Undip) marked a historic moment attended by various relevant parties. The event, held in the meeting room of Building D, 1st-floor FISIP Undip Tembalang on Monday (12/02), was attended by important figures such as the Chairperson of Dharma Wanita Persatuan Undip, Mrs. Asih Budiastuti Yos Johan Utama, and the Dean of FISIP Undip, Dr. Drs. Teguh Yuwono, M.Pol.Admin.

The Chairperson of Dharma Wanita Persatuan Undip, Mrs. Asih Budiastuti Yos Johan Utama, added a touch of tradition by opening her speech with a melodious Javanese song. In her address, she acknowledged the outstanding performance of the Chairperson of Dharma Wanita Persatuan FISIP Undip for the 2019-2024 period, Mrs. Nurwi Mayasri Hardi Warsono. She expressed appreciation for the effective and smooth leadership demonstrated by Mrs. Nurwi Mayasri Hardi Warsono during her tenure. 

Furthermore, Mrs. Asih delivered a message to Mrs. Tatik Indarti Teguh Yuwono, who would assume the role of Chairperson of Dharma Wanita Persatuan FISIP Undip for the 2024-2029 period. She emphasized the importance of collaborating with the previous management to share proven administrative experiences. Additionally, she highlighted the need for active participation of Dharma Wanita Persatuan members in various activities, as it should serve as a moment to strengthen the bond between senior and junior members.

In conclusion, Mrs. Asih closed her speech by reciting three rhymes she composed herself, adding a touch of beauty and local wisdom to the event.

The handover ceremony of the Chairperson of Dharma Wanita Persatuan FISIP Undip was also enlivened by performances from UPK Sakutala, PSM FISIP Undip, and the Choir Team of Dharma Wanita Persatuan FISIP Undip. The contributions of various artistic groups added a unique flair to this meaningful occasion.
