It is important to disseminate the students’, lecturers’, librarians’, and researchers’ research results to the public through scientific journals. What actually happens is that most of the research is not published due to several problems and strict criteria that should be passed on on either National or International reputable journals. However, the main problem is how the academic community at Higher Education institutions understand reputable journals so that their scientific works can pass the selection and are published at the scientific journals according to the respective fields of study. The results of studies published in the journal have great value since they have passed the selection and review process by competent experts. Besides, it has become a graduation requirement for students as well as a condition of promotion for lecturers and functional officers. What are the specific criteria and tips that need to be applied so that their scientific articles can be published in reputable journals?
