SEMARANG –Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) strengthened the 3-Year Diploma Program (D3) of Public Relations Study Program of PSDKU (Outside Main Campus Study Program) Batang by adding four lecturers. The four new lecturers in addition to meeting the required qualifications and competencies, also had experience that was considered to be able to enrich their teaching abilities.

The Chairperson of the Study Program Management Agency Outside the Main Campus (LPPSDKU) Universitas Diponegoro, Dr. Redyanto Noor, M.Hum., said that the addition of teaching staff to the Study Program was carried out to optimize lectures and develop the Public Relations Study Program which was sheltered by LPPSDKU Undip. The four lecturers recruited were Nikolaus Ageng Prathama, S.I.Kom, M.I.Kom; Irawati Sri Wulandari, S.I.Kom, M.I.Kom; MJ Rizqon Hasani, S. Hum, M.I. Kom; and Rukti Rumekar, S. Hum, M.I. Kom.

According to Redyanto, the four new lecturers were graduates of the Universitas Diponegoro Communication Science Master Program from various generations. Even though some of them did not have a degree in linear communication, their experiences as a practitioner were a plus value as a teaching qualification for 3-year Diploma program.
