The TELADAN (exemplary) program is one of the Tanoto Foundation’s initiatives in building an excellent generation and strong future leaders to contribute to bringing a positive impact to Indonesia. In this program, the Tanoto Foundation provides tiered and structured leadership development support, self-development opportunities to the global level, community service, various collaboration and networking facilities, as well as tuition support and living expenses allowance.
The target of the TELADAN program is the first semester students from 9 partner universities of the Tanoto Foundation.
The first semester students who have achievements in various fields, organizational experience, and demonstrate leadership potential with integrity are encouraged to enrol in the TELADAN program.
Requirements:
- Indonesian Citizens
- Registered as a regular first-semester student at one of the partner universities of the TELADAN program.
- Having good academic achievements (with a minimum average of the XII grade of High school/vocational school/MA academic score are 8 out of a scale of 10).
- Having non-academic achievements, experience in student organizations, social communities, or other related matters.
- Demonstrating strong leadership potential and being committed to giving a contribution to society and nation-building.
- Being able to communicate using Indonesian well, the ability to speak English and other languages will be an added value.
- Not receiving scholarships or participating in financial support programs from the government or other institutions, and willing not to receive scholarships or other financial programs or similar leadership development programs if selected in the TELADAN program.
