Semarang (01/07) – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas Diponegoro received an audit site visit from a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. This activity was part of a business process review and audit focused on financial governance and management within FISIP UNDIP.
The audit serves as both an evaluation effort and a means to strengthen the institution’s governance, ensuring it consistently aligns with the principles of good governance and the prevailing regulations on public financial and resource management. During the implementation, the KAP team conducted a series of examinations and reviews of various aspects of the faculty’s management.
The Dean of FISIP UNDIP, Dr. Drs. Teguh Yuwono, M.Pol.Admin., expressed his appreciation for the presence of the KAP team in this audit process. According to him, this audit is an essential part of maintaining the accountability and transparency of the faculty’s financial management.
“Thank you to the KAP team for conducting the review and audit of business processes related to financial governance and management. FISIP always prioritizes the principles of good governance in managing public and state resources based on applicable rules and regulations, with the aim of achieving institutional targets,” he stated.

Echoing this sentiment, the Vice Dean for Finance, Resources, and Administration (Wakil Dekan II) of FISIP UNDIP, Prof. Ika Riswanti Putranti, Ph.D., stated that the audit activity was welcomed openly and positively by all faculty members. The audit by the KAP was viewed not only as a form of supervision but also as an opportunity for institutional learning.
“FISIP gladly welcomes the KAP team to follow up on this audit process. We hope this audit can serve as a kind of preparation for facing other audits in the future,” she said.
The audit agenda carried out by the KAP team included a review of student services, budget realization, payroll systems, and partnership management. The entire process involved document inspections, data clarification, and discussions with relevant units within FISIP UNDIP.
Through this audit site visit, FISIP UNDIP reaffirms its commitment to continuously enhance accountability, transparency, and professionalism in the faculty’s financial and managerial governance. These efforts are expected to support the achievement of performance targets and improve the quality of educational services at FISIP, Universitas Diponegoro. (Rif’at)
