It is conveyed that Universitas Diponegoro has carried out the process of proposing
the disbursement of the UKT Funds for the old students in 2020 (list attached).
For the funds disbursement, please kindly share this information to those who receive
the UKT Funds 2020 as liseted on the attached file to submit the data below:
- Account name of the student concerned
- Account number of the student concerned
- Bank name (it is recommended to use Bank BNI since the funds will be transferred from the Rector’s-managed account in Bank BNI. So, there will be no handling Charge.
- Photo of the front page of the book account (which contains account number info, account name and bank name)
Data can be submitted on https://forms.gle/LtAu9ZrXqofRgu1U8 no later than
November, 5th 2020 for further processing.
It is necessary to convey that the account number, account name and the bank
name must be correct and match to the information stated on the passbook. Any
misinformation will hold the transfer process up.
