What’s up?!

Hello we are AIESEC in Semarang!

AIESEC is the world’s largest non-profit youth-run organization since 1948. It is an international non-governmental non-for-profit organization that provides young people with leadership development, cross-cultural global internships, and volunteer exchange experiences across the globe. AIESEC offers several different solutions for various types of organizations including companies, startups, non-governmental organization, and more to collaborate in developing youth leadership around the world.

Global Talent is a 3 – 12 months international internship experience for young people aiming towards professional career development in global setting. The establishment of an Asean Economic Community (MEA) in 2015 has gained the working competitiveness into bigger space. Global Talent will develop yourself and your career to help you gaining competitiveness by interning abroad.

If you want to apply Global Talent, here are some requirements:

Last semester student or freshgraduate
18 – 30 years old
Having at least 1 (one) experience in the field
Good in English

Teaching
Engineering
Human Resource
Information Technology
Business Administration
Business Development

All Global Talent opportunities have been created by startups overseas partnering with AIESEC to enable young people from across the world to challenge themselves. After you’ve been accepted* with the company, you need to pay the administration fee for 4,000,000 IDR to AIESEC.

Admission Fee Includes:

Guidance

An assistance through the selection process and help to communicate with the host AIESEC committee regarding your application and realization abroad.

Approval Confirmation

An official sign to inform that you are officially joining as participant of Global Talent. Without confirmation, the host AIESEC or company could not process your realization further.
