Meanwhile, the Dean of FISIP Undip, Dr. Drs. During the presentation session, Aufar Fajar provided participants with strategies for crafting CVs, understanding job vacancies, and mastering the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) interview technique. He also introduced career development programs at BCA, such as the Management Development Program (MDP) and Wealth Management Program (WMP), as opportunities for fresh graduates.

On the other hand, Ragil Savitri focused on personal branding, self-awareness, and optimizing LinkedIn usage. She encouraged participants to align their skills with career goals to attract opportunities that resonate with their professional identity.

Through FISIP NEXT, FISIP Undip reaffirms its commitment to producing not only academically accomplished graduates but also resilient, focused, and globally competitive young professionals.
