Diponegoro University (Undip) is offering an opportunity for final semester students taking a maximum of 6 credits (SKS) to apply for a refund of their Tuition Fee (UKT) for the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This policy is based on Rector’s Decree Number: 114/UN7.A/HK/IV/2024 concerning the Academic Calendar of Diponegoro University for the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

This refund applies to:

• • • Diploma three (D3) students from semester 8 onwards, and
    • Undergraduate and applied undergraduate students from semester 10 onwards,

provided they have paid the full UKT for the Even Semester 2024/2025 and have not received any reduction in UKT. Eligible students may apply for a refund of up to 50% of their tuition fee.

Requirements for UKT Refund Application:

1. Submit a refund request letter addressed to the Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, Assets, Business, and General Affairs, signed by the Faculty/School leadership and uploaded via the SSO platform along with:
   1. 1. • IRS (Study Plan Card) for Even Semester 2024/2025
         • Proof of UKT payment for Even Semester 2024/2025
         • A copy of the student’s bank account under their own name
         • A statement from the thesis/final project supervisor regarding the progress of the thesis or a Graduation Certificate (SKL) for graduates
2. The deadline to upload the request and supporting documents is May 5, 2025
3. The Dean of the Faculty/School will verify and approve the refund application via the SSO platform.
4. The refund process will be carried out in stages after verification at the university level.

This policy is intended to provide financial relief for final semester students with reduced academic loads. Undip encourages all eligible students to submit their applications before the deadline.
